We want you to love your gloves. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method
5. Once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
